Anomalous clouds, while very rare, are reliably reported, and seem to defy current explanation. the small cloud that hovered over a man's house in 1975, before squirting water on him,[1] is not something that happens often. Odd, coloured or luminous clouds are sometime seen to travel independently of the wind, and drop various objects onto the ground below. Strange clouds sometimes feature in UFO reports as well, with the natural-looking cloud concealing a decidely artificial-looking craft within.
